はっきり言うが本当にバランス調整が必要なのは下位帯じゃない
むしろ「最上位帯」こそ必要なんだよ
どのゲームでも上位勢はそのゲームに最も大きな影響力を持っていることを運営は意識すべき
上位勢の不満は一般プレイヤーまで必ず伝わるんだよ
