自分でそれを分かって身に付ける人もいれば、理解しやすい環境に居て身に付ける人もいる。まあとにかく、受け止め方の問題なんよ。

それが出来ていない人が身に付けようとすると「よしこういう捉え方、受け止め方をしよう」って考えて、そこから取り組む作業に1か月ぐらいは掛かると思う。

まあ、長く続けてたら自然とそっち方面いくはずなんだけどな。そういう方向に進まなかったのは、心に余裕がないのが原因だと思う。どうしてもスプラで勝たなければならない、他に楽しみがない、そういう状況だと、引いた視点から自分の感情を見るのは難しいからね。
